About Joyce Bailie

Joyce started her own business known as “Sign and Shine TC” in 2018 after leaving a Real Estate Brokerage and wanting to provide support to agents that need a helping hand. Joyce works very closely with us throughout all of our transactions to ensure many of the administrative duties of buying and selling a home are being handled and addressed in a timely manner. Having Joyce as a part of our team allows us to spend more time working directly with you and also provides you with an additional team member to go to in the off chance we are not readily available.

 

When you work with us - you will also be working and in constant communication with Joyce. As soon as we are under contract on a property or on a listing expect to receive many emails from these two regarding important deadlines, reminders, and any documentation/information pertaining to the sale of the home. Additionally, Joyce works diligently to obtain important information from the listing agent and the title company including HOA documentation (if applicable), utility information, due diligence documents, etc.

 

It truly takes an entire team of people to make a real estate transaction a smooth one from start to finish. All of this is often overlooked in the home buying and selling process as many of the important steps to a real estate transaction happen behind the scenes.
