About Carolin Weiss

Carolin is hardworking, honest, extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry, and a skilled negotiator with her client's best interest at heart at all times. Born and raised in Germany, she moved to Colorado after meeting her husband, Maxwell, who serves in the US Army Special Forces. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from The European School of Business, one of the most prestigious schools in Europe, majoring in Entrepreneurship and Marketing.

 

After making an industry leap from Business Development to Real Estate, she founded her own company and has found great success with real estate investments. Leveraging her experience as a successful business owner, she strives for outstanding client service, and 24/7 availability and has her client's best interests at heart at all times. Her specific areas of expertise include first-time home buyers, relocations, and real estate investments.

 

In her free time, she enjoys all of the outdoor activities and nature Colorado has to offer including climbing and skiing in the Rockies or taking on a 14er with her two rescue dogs. Carolin is a firm believer in giving back and is particularly passionate about animal rescue. She volunteers with several rescue organizations and donates a portion of each commission to local animal rescue groups on behalf of her clients.
